This class is geared for Olympic and Powerlifting movements. We are trying to build strong, explosive athletes that want to just have fun, or use it to compete in competitions.
Our foundations program is 4 , 1 on 1 sessions with a coach scheduled at the clients convenience. We cover all there is to know about CrossFit.
The High School Sports Specific program is geared to help make athletes better, period. A High school athlete needs to be trained to not only excel in their sports, but do stay healthy the whole year! To often Strength and Conditioning is put on the back burner with High School athletes.
If group classes are not for you, this is a great option. . Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1 on 1 to reach your fitness goals.
The kids program runs in sessions, and 1 session is 5 weeks long. The first session starts September 17th and the 2nd session starts November 5th. Classes are every Monday and Wednesday.
