Growing up I was always shy and reserved. I cared about others' options of me too much. As I get older I’ve learned that being different is so cool. No one is the same, and it’s what's different that sets you apart! CrossFit helped me a ton in the confidence aspect because now I am more willing and able to try new things!
Self-doubt played a big part in a lot of my day-to-day actions. After starting CrossFit, I started being more comfortable in my own skin. I’ve learned a lot in my fitness journey and still have so much to learn but I’m loving every minute of it.
My goal is to help make you the best version of yourself you can be. Finding out what makes you click and what type of motivation works for you and then using it to help you further your capabilities! I love helping with goal setting and seeing those goals be accomplished!
