All new members go through our on-ramp program which consists of 4 personal training sessions to learn the basics before going forward into our regular class memberships.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. Iron Cowboy CrossFit is located and easily accessible from all of Rock Springs.
